Breast Surgery Breast surgery can enlarge, reduce, or reshape your breasts, reconstruct your breasts after mastectomy, lumpectomy and/or radiation, correct problems following other surgeries or trauma, and treat congenital breast abnormalities or burn contractures. Breast reduction surgery is commonly performed on men with a condition known as gynecomastia, or enlarged breasts.

Aesthetic breast surgery is often part of a body makeover such as the Mommy Makeover (for women who have had children and would like help getting their pre-pregnancy physique back), or body contouring after massive weight loss.
